John Morton’s darkly comic play Denouement opens next week at Lyric Theatre Belfast!
Denouement is set in 2048 in a remote Irish farmhouse. Armageddon is coming and Edel and Liam are living out their final hours, cut off from friends and family with only their memories for company. They take drugs, say goodbye to old friends and former lovers, air old grievances, argue, bicker and ultimately, try to reconcile their relationship. They will do this until the end of time.
Starring Anna Healy and Patrick O’Kane, Denouement is a bold new play that will amuse, shock, and linger with you long after the curtain falls.
Denouement is a Lyric Theatre Production and will run from Tuesday 21st October to Saturday 15th November at Lyric Theatre Belfast, and tickets are available now on their website!
