Eva O’Connor’s new play For Dolores opened at Mick Lally Theatre last night as part of the Galway International Arts Festival and has already sold out its entire run.
The play was recently featured in Irish Times article, in which Eva’s writing has been highly praised:
“Girls, Fleabag and Derry Girls. Like those three TV series, For Dolores treats female friendship not as a subplot but as the emotional centre of the story”
For Dolores runs at Mick Lally Theatre until 18th July, before transferring to the Pavillion Theatre in Dublin from 22nd – 26th July, and then to the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh from 6th – 30th August.
