Eva O’Connor’s new play For Dolores has won a Bragi Award at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026.
Congratulations to Eva and the team for this wonderful recognition!
The judges had this to say:
“For Delores balances razor-sharp humour with an emotionally resonant exploration of human connection. Eva O’Connor crafts a nuanced portrait of female friendship, motherhood, fixation and longing, drawing audiences into a relationship that is as unsettling as it is compelling. Faint and McConnell share an electric stage presence, creating a dynamic that shifts effortlessly between tenderness, tension and comedy. The confident direction and thoughtfully realised design complete a slick production that packs an emotional punch.”
