CHICKEN, a new play by Eva O’Connor and Hildegard Ryan begins its run at Edinburgh Festival Fringe tomorrow – Wednesday 2nd August!

Written by Eva O’Connor and Hildegard Ryan, CHICKEN is a new play premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2023.

Directed by Hildegard Ryan and performed by Eva O’Connor, CHICKEN tells the story of love, fate, delicious white meat, and adventure!

There’s a chicken in the Summerhall basement and he’s dying to meet you!

Eva and Hildegard have been producing theatre through their company Sunday’s Child since 2003. Their award-winning plays include The Friday Night Effect, Overshadowed, My Name Is Saoirse and Mustard, enjoying success in Edinburgh, Dublin, London and beyond. They have also adapted Overshadowed (BBC) and Mustard (RTE) for the screen.

CHICKEN will run at Summerhall, Venue 26 from 2nd – 27th August at 8:50pm, excluding Mondays.
