Chicken heads to Toronto in May!

Eva O’Connor will perform her and Hildegard Ryan’s multi-award winning one-woman-show from May 21st to May 24th at The Corleck in Toronto, a new venue for arts, culture and heritage run by the Canada Ireland Foundation.

Chicken is the story of Don Murphy, a proud Irishman, a hopeless addict, and one of his generation’s greatest actors. He also happens to be a chicken…

The show will be on at 8pm on May 21st and May 22nd, 2pm and 8pm on May 23rd, and 2pm on May 24th.

Chicken had a sold-out run at Edinburgh Fringe 2023, winning the Lustrum Award and the Filipa Bragança Award, and has since been performed at the Dublin Fringe, the Milopulous Intercity Festival in Florence, the Adelaide Fringe and the Jermyn Street Theatre in London.
