Congratulations to Ciara Conway who has been selected as part of BBC Studios Drama Productions, The Writer Spotlight scheme, a training programme to support British writers in developing their original ideas.
Ciara is a BAFTA Scotland-nominated screenwriter whose credits include, Screw II (STV/C4), For Her Sins (C5), Granite Harbour S2 (LA Productions/BBC), and BBC long runners Holby City, Casualty, The Dumping Ground and River City.
Ciara is currently writing an episode for Whitstable Pearl S3 (Buccaneer/Acorn), and an episode of Helen Black’s new six-parter The Wives (Gaumont/Channel 5).
