Julian Jones’ Inside the Mind of Leonardo won ‘Best Historical Documentary’ last night at the 3D Creative Arts Awards in LA.
A 3D genre-busting hybrid of art, scripted drama, theatre and documentary, Inside The Mind Of Leonardo stars Peter Capaldi as Leonardo Da Vinci. It was broadcast on Sky Arts 2 in March 2013 and also had a one-night only screening in Picturehouse cinemas across the UK.
It was shortlisted for the 2013 Grierson Best Arts Documentary award in the UK and was shown at the DOC NYC festival in New York.
