Neasa Hardiman has won the award for Best First Time Screenwriter at the London Film Awards 2012 for her horror spec script Seafever.
While Seafever is her first screenplay, as a director Neasa has been lead director on all three series of the BBC’s BAFTA-winning Tracy Beaker Returns. She has made two feature length television dramas: School Run and The Naked Extremist / An Gaeilgeoir Nocht, both of which were nominated for Best Drama at the Irish Film & Television Awards. Neasa directed the opening series of Totally Frank for Channel Four. She is currently working on her second block of Holby City.
