Mark Brotherhood’s award-winning detective comedy-drama Ludwig will return this summer to BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The BBC has just released a teaser trailer with first-look footage of season two.
Picking up from the end of season one, season two starts with master puzzle-setter John ‘Ludwig’ Taylor now a ‘Crime Scene Consultant’, working alongside DCI Russell Carter, on ‘impossible’ crimes for the Cambridge Police Authority.
Alongside David Mitchell, Anna Maxwell Martin returns as Lucy, while Mark Bonnar (Guilt) and Sian Clifford (Fleabag) will be joining the cast.
Ludwig is a Big Talk Studios production in association with That Mitchell and Webb Company. It was the BBC’s biggest comedy launch since 2018 when it aired in 2024.
