Stephen Greenhorn has been announced as one of four leading Edinburgh-based writers chosen to write a play in celebration of the Lyceum’s 60th anniversary season!
The Lyceum have announced, Lyceum At Home, a brand-new series of plays performed in homes across Edinburgh that will reflect the everyday choices and moments that make the city what it is.
The four monologues will also be performed on stage at The Lyceum in a quadruple-bill from 18th – 20th June, allowing the general public to experience these specially commissioned pieces performed together, and to celebrate the project.
Stephen Greenhorn has been a professional dramatist for theatre, radio and television since 1989. His plays have included The Salt Wound for 7:84, Passing Places for the Traverse (later productions at Pitlochry and Dundee Rep), and award-winning musical Sunshine On Leith for Dundee Rep, which successfully toured the UK and Scotland with wonderful revivals at Leeds Playhouse and Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
