Joe Sellman-Leava has written three episodes of the brand-new preschool programme for Channel 5’s Milkshake!
The Woohoos! follows Wynona the Puffin, Iggy the Wolfhound, Scotty the Highland Bull, and Elli the Hare as they wonder at the natural world around them. Each episode brings an exciting ‘Ooo’ moment, a new discovery that needs explaining, and then when the characters find the answer they say ‘Woohoo!’.
The 52×7’ programme will begin airing on Saturday 16th November at 7:25am on Milkshake! and episodes will continue on Saturdays and Sundays at the same time.
Joe has written extensively for animation, working on episode scripts for series including Pip and Posy, Pip and Posy: Let’s Learn (Magic Light Productions), The Adventures of Paddington (Heyday Films), Lu and The Bally Bunch (Lubird Productions), Nikhil & Jay (King Banana/CBeebies) and The Very Small Creatures S3 (Aardman/Sky Kids).
