BBC have announced that TIME Series Two, a three-part drama co-written by Jimmy McGovern and Helen Black, will begin airing on Sunday 29th October at 9pm.
TIME II is set in a British women’s prison starring Bella Ramsey, Tamara Lawrence, and Jodie Whittaker. As they arrive at Carlingford Prison on the same day, the three women are left to navigate their new lives together. With the ever-present threat of violence within the prison walls, they discover that an unexpected sense of community, and shared understanding, still might be possible.
Helen’s award-winning single BBC drama film Life & Death in the Warehouse was recently nominated for an International Emmy.
