Cara Loftus has written an episode (2 x 60’) for Cooper & Fry S2, which will be returning to Channel 5.
Cooper & Fry is adapted from Stephen Booth’s best-selling novels and stars Robert James-Collier and Mandip Gill. The second series will see the pair investigate a string of eerie murder cases in the Peak District.
Produced by Clapperboard in association with Studio TF1, filming is already underway and the series is expected to air in 2027.
Cara is an Irish writer whose debut credits include an episode of Hidden Assets S3, and feature film Spilt Milk, she was IFTA nominated for both scripts. Cara also wrote two episodes for the second season of C5’s The Hardacres. She has a number of film and television ideas in development.
